Absolutely the worst. Would not stand by the warranty. Told the main company information that was none of their business. I picked up my machine. If I have to pay someone 700.00+ to fix it, it sure as heck won't be Brown's Lawn and Garden. Worst place ever. Takes forever to fix anything and they don't call you when it is done. Terrible customer service. Please, buyer be ware!!!! Go somewhere else.
I take my Dixie there every year for service they have always been excellent. Pleasant priced reasonably and deliver on time
