Very nice winery - truly a 'hidden gem' along Highway 60 in Mountain View, MO. My wife and I had passed by this place a couple of times - but today we were able to actually take some time and stop. We were not disappointed. Cathy, one of the owners, met us with a smile when we walked through the door. She proceeded to show us around the property. It was very nice, welcoming, and comfortable. We walked outside their patio - and were blown away. There is a very large fountain in the middle of several tables and chairs. Multiple seating locations overlook their crops. It is very peaceful and well appointed. We went back inside to start our tastings. We tried the majority of the list they offer - and were not disappointed by a single wine. I am not a huge wine drinker - typically prefer other 'spirits'. We spent over 30 minutes speaking with Cathy and Julie (their manager) about the history of the winery, their backgrounds, and a little bit of everything. They were both very passionate about their business and most importantly about their wine! My wife and I bought two bottles to enjoy at another time - and a glass to enjoy on the wonderful patio. My only regret is that we had to leave and missed the band they were bringing in for the night. Do yourself a favor - if you are ever travelling along Highway 60 in Missouri and find yourself in Mountain View - stop and visit Viandel Winery - you will not be disappointed.

This winery is the third vineyard past (Traver Home and and Horst Vineyards) part of the Aux Arcs Wine Road on MO 60.

very over priced for the quality of food they have

A little piece of heaven! Tranquil, serene, and a gorgeous view of their vineyard. Viandel' s back patio is lovely!

Julie was very friendly and informative. We stayed and had lunch here on their patio.

Beautiful atmosphere. Wonderful wine. AMAZING owners.
