The people at the front of the store are very nice and helpful. I have had problem after problem with the automotive section. I payed to have everything checked and when I left, my brakelights were out, my 2 passenger tires were 10 pounds low and my wiper fluid was empty. Then I took a battery in to have charged. When I went back to get it today, they didnt know where my battery was. they tried to say that they think it tested bad anyways and they dont think it was their battery either so if the warrenty was still good they couldnt do anything about it. Well, I can tell you it was a super duty battery that was from Walmart and the warrenty was still good. They told me if I wanted to buy another battery they would give me a $9.00 core charge towards it. Im not spending another $80.00 on a battery because Walmart in Mtn. View, MO. lost my battery. By the reactions I got when I first showed up for my battery, I have a very good feeling that one of the employees took my battery. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN! Liars, Thieves, Cons and very lazy and disrespectful people is what I think of now when I think of Walmart. The protest against Walmart is on unless they can really do something about their service.
